For Phase Two of the renovation, Peggy Woodring designed a 1200 square foot master suite with a dramatic stair tower entry to take advantage of the sweeping valley and bay views.

Ms. Woodring successfully completed the 2 ½ year design review with neighbors, the Property Owners Association and the County of Marin. The home became available to buyers in 2005 along with the approved plans for the addition.
