Woodring & Associates is a client-centered firm with half of our
work for repeat clients. We have been helping clients meet their needs
and achieve their dreams since 1983. We focus on understanding the
client’s needs, uncovering their often unexpressed aspirations and
hopes. We frequently put together a specific team of designers,
engineers and consultants essential to a truly successful project for
that specific client. Sometimes we design the project; other times we
manage the design and construction process for the client; and there
are times when problems with existing facilities can be solved by
changes in organization and/or work flow and no new space is required.
In all instances, we collaborate with other professionals to advise,
analyze, design and implement projects.We
apply technical and aesthetic expertise in architecture and
construction management to
- clarify design expectations and project
definition,
- identify budget and schedule constraints,
- define technical requirements for all
elements,
- select highly qualified and experienced
professionals,
- establish clear communication for entire
team,
- respond to client’s inquiries and requests,
- strive to uncover potential problems early in
design,
- resolve coordination issues,
- support the client throughout the process
including the implementation of the project.
Early in the process we focus on techniques for
clear communication between and among the client and their
professionals. The greater the understanding of project definition,
roles, responsibilities, and expectations, the more likely the client
will be in step with the project team, vendors and suppliers.
Successful projects depend on open and frequent
communication so that we can identify potential problems before they
lead to expensive change orders and project liabilities.
